These are among the top SD cards for speed and capacity. For my use, though, they are mostly backup cards, since many of the codecs I use on both the Canon R6 Mark III and R5C require CFexpress Type B media instead.
Even before the memory price surge in 2026, these cards were always expensive, so I usually buy them in 128GB or 256GB versions. They are still useful to have in the kit, especially for cameras and recording modes that can rely on fast SD media, but they are not my primary cards for the heaviest Canon video workflows.
The Good:

- Good for high-bitrate video and fast stills when the camera supports SD workflows.
- Smaller capacities can encourage safer card rotation.
The Bad:
- Expensive.

- Not fast enough for the highest Canon mirrorless codecs, though that is not really the card’s fault.
