A good deal or just an illusion?
I had high hopes when I pre-ordered the Tilta Illusion Magnetic VND Kit. But upon unboxing it, I discovered a fatal flaw.
On paper, the system has a lot going for it: magnetic mounting, modular CPL and VND options, a Black Mist filter, and an affordable price compared to other filter systems. But after testing the 1–5 stop and 6–10 stop ranges, I ran into enough issues worth noting.
